Refund policy

WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We want you to love your handstitched product and if you are not completely satisfied and there is a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace it or refund you with a store credit, as long as it has been returned within 7 days of receiving your product.  Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered and undamaged, with all tags attached and in original packaging.  The item must have been sold on our website, no returns on items sold in person/market.
Damaged goods: If your order was damaged during delivery, please email us immediately. We will certainly replace damaged goods. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on international orders as South African Customs charges us a duty to bring the item back into the country.
Sale items are final sales and can only be exchanged if defective.

 Please Note: You will be responsible for all the courier costs, including return shipping.

HANDMADE/HANDSTITCHED PRODUCTS & NATURAL LEATHER HIDES
Please make sure that you are certain of your purchase. Leather hides often have markings, and this is part of the beauty of the leather. There are no machines involved in our manufacturing process. This delivers authentic and durable products and no two products will ever look exactly the same. Please ensure that you are happy with small discrepancies on products including marks and sizes.
